* Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

For smaller items, we offer convenience store pickup at 7-Eleven and FamilyMart locations throughout Taiwan.

較小件的商品可選擇超商取貨，支援全台 7-Eleven 及全家便利商店。

• Pickup fee: NT$60 / 超取運費：NT$60
• Package size limit: 45cm x 30cm x 30cm / 尺寸限制：45cm x 30cm x 30cm
• Weight limit: 5kg / 重量限制：5 公斤
• Pickup period: 7 days / 取貨期限：7 天

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight.

For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
